Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: 2 pets maximum per apartment home. We do not have weight limits on dogs, but breed restrictions exclude Pitt-Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and Chows. No exotics allowed (reptiles, amphibians, ferrets, etc.). One time non-refundable Pet Fee of $300 and $15/month per animal.
